Three monthly plans, in USD. Every plan includes all messaging channels (website, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp), the operator inbox, knowledge base, tools, calendar booking, audit log, and GDPR compliance. Plans differ in volume and voice.

Trial
Every plan starts with a free trial — no card required. Full feature access. Cancellation is one click in Settings → Plan.
Limits
You're notified as you approach your monthly conversation limit — never a surprise hard cut-off mid-conversation. Upgrade anytime, or wait for the next billing cycle.
Payment
- Stripe for cards (all majors + Amex).
- Billed monthly or annually, in USD.
- Receipt emailed automatically.
- EU business customers with a valid VAT ID: reverse charge (validated via VIES).
Cancellation
Self-serve under Settings → Plan. No questions asked. Data is kept for 30 days for reactivation. After 30 days, full GDPR deletion runs and the data is unrecoverable.
Discounts
- Annual — pay for 10 months, get 12 (about 17% off).

Invoicing entity
Invoices are issued by ZYNTHYR OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. Estonia VAT registration. Bank details and IBAN are printed on each invoice.
